As part of our mission and promise to Certify & Support all of our cannabis clients, we will compose a letter on your behalf to notify and educate your employer(s) about your medical certification, Pennsylvania General Assembly 2016 Act 16, HIPAA-protected medical conditions, medication, civil rights; and the rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Medical Marijuana (MMJ) Program.
MMJ Letter to Employer
After you pay the $15 fee, you will be directed to an online form where you can submit your information and your employer information. Please include as much employer contact information as possible.
You will recieve confirmation via email that your custom letter and the MMJ information packet was sent to you employer.
